Founded by High Carb Hannah, The Monthly Menu is a supportive community to assist you on your plant-based journey.

Every month, members will be delivered a new plant-based meal plan, a live cook-a-long livestream with Hannah and have access to the Guided Meal Plan video course.

Are the meal plans designed for weight loss or maintenance?

The meal plans are designed around the calorie density concept which is ideal for weight loss. My goal is to have you feeling full and satisfied while losing weight at a healthy rate.

If you are looking to just maintain your weight, you can follow the menu and add more higher calorie density foods to your meals.

How easy is it to cancel my subscription? Are there any commitments?

There are no commitments to the Monthly Menu and your account can be cancelled at any time. It is very easy to cancel in your account settings and whenever you do cancel, you'll have access to the community and content until the end of the billing cycle.

Are the meal plans budget friendly?

The meal plans are based around potatoes, rice, oats, lentils, pasta and beans which are all inexpensive to purchase. I also give lots of recommendations in the video course portion for being more budget friendly, bulk buying, buying frozen or canned items for convenience.

I’ve made the meal plans simple to follow with ingredients that are common around the world.

Is this a subscription based service?

Yes it is a monthly subscription but you can also pay annually for a discounted rate. You can always start with the monthly rate and change to the annual plan at a later time.

Do I need a Facebook account to access the community?

No you do not. Through the checkout, an account will be created for you that is specific to this platform. Our community is private from any social media platforms so you can be anonymous.

How do I access the community and videos?

The community and videos are accessible from your desktop or mobile device. To access through your mobile device, you can download the Mighty Networks app to access the community and all course material. You can input your phone number at the bottom of this page to have the app texted directly to you.

I'm gluten-free, is The Monthly Menu right for me?

Yes absolutely! In the Shopping List video, I go over all the substitutions you can use.

I have a nut allergy, is The Monthly Menu right for me?

Very few recipes use any type of nuts. For any recipes that do, I will provide a substitution or they can be omitted.

I'm allergic to soy, is The Monthly Menu right for me?

In the Shopping List video, I provide substitutions for any of the ingredients I use that contain soy. Tofu is used in some recipes but can be omitted.
